What counts toward my plan?
Form submissions: 500 on Starter, 1,200 on Growth, 3,000 on Business. Calls are not counted there; numbers and minutes draw on the monthly call credit. Plans differ by volume, websites, workspaces and retention, never by features.
Is there a free trial?
No. Plans are paid up front, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Setup takes minutes, and if you would like to see the product first, request a demo for a 30-minute walkthrough.
How does the monthly call credit work?
It pays for phone number rental and call minutes at rates published per country. US and Canada: local numbers from $2.50–$3.00/mo and minutes from $0.05–$0.06/min depending on plan, toll-free slightly higher. Romania: local numbers from $5.00–$6.00/mo and minutes from $0.085–$0.10/min. Recording and AI transcription are always included. The credit resets monthly and unused credit does not roll over.
What happens if I go past my plan?
We keep tracking. Extra form submissions bill at your plan's published per-submission rate, and phone usage past the credit at the same published call rates, all under one monthly spend cap. The cap starts at your plan's base price and you can change or remove it anytime. We email you at 80% and 100% of your form submissions; if you reach the cap, tracking pauses until you raise it or the month resets.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly billing gives you two months free: Starter $590/yr, Growth $1,190/yr, Business $2,490/yr. Usage past your plan is always billed monthly, whichever cadence you choose.
How long do you keep my data?
Your leads, calls and their attribution are kept for your plan's retention: 90 days on Starter, 1 year on Growth, 3 years on Business. Session-level detail is kept for 180 days on every plan.
How does this compare to CallRail or WhatConverts?
They are the established call-tracking suites, and Attributely does the core of the same job: tracking numbers, recordings and transcripts, form tracking and the source behind every lead. What differs is the shape of the price. Every feature, including web analytics and AI call and form scoring, is on every plan; call usage is published per country; and a spend cap you set bounds the bill. Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and the service keeps running until then. There is no contract and no cancellation fee, and you can export your visitors and leads to CSV before you go.
