Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview

Attributely, operated by SOLAR CODE SRL, lets businesses connect their Meta (Facebook) ad accounts to report ad spend next to their leads and to send lead conversions back to Meta. This page explains how to remove the data we hold, including data we received through Facebook Login. 2. Disconnect Meta from Attributely (immediate)

  1. Sign in at app.attributely.io.
  2. Go to Settings → Website → Integrations → Meta Ads.
  3. Click Disconnect and confirm.

The Meta access token and connection settings for that website are deleted from our systems immediately, and we stop reading reports from Meta and sending conversion events to Meta. The connection is per website, so repeat this for each website you connected.

3. Remove Attributely from your Facebook account

You can also revoke our access from Meta's side:

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.
  2. Select Attributely and click Remove.

If you connected through a business portfolio, you can instead remove Attributely in Meta Business Settings → Integrations / Connected apps.

After removal we can no longer access your Meta data: syncing stops and the connection is marked invalid in Attributely. To also delete the data we already hold, disconnect in the app (section 2) or ask us to delete it (section 4).

4. Delete all your Attributely data

You have two options:

  • In the app: sign in and go to Settings → Account → Danger zone → Close account. Closing your account happens immediately and cannot be undone.
  • By email: write to support@attributely.io from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Data deletion request".

This deletes:

  • your account and profile;
  • every workspace you own and every website in it;
  • connected-integration tokens and settings (Meta and Google Ads);
  • Meta campaign metrics (spend, impressions, clicks) synced into Attributely;
  • leads, visits, and calls, including call recordings and transcripts.

We confirm email requests within 30 days. Live data is deleted within 30 days and removed from backups within 90 days.

5. If you are a website visitor or caller, not an Attributely customer

If you visited a website or called a phone number that uses Attributely, the business behind that website or number controls your data — please contact them first. You can also email us at support@attributely.io; we will pass your request to that business and help them fulfil it (see Your rights in our Privacy Policy).

6. What we keep

Only what the law requires us to keep — for example invoices and billing records retained for tax and accounting purposes. We keep nothing we received from Meta.
